Accept the great swirling uncertainty of change in your life with unbridled excitement!

The energy of new  possibilities is a truly wonderful thing!

When everything seems to fly up in the air all at once you can always ground two feet firmly on your mat.  Stand still and compose the swirling into a fine masterpiece … or at least some fun!

I embraced our record breaking 90 degree spring heat with some hot yoga out on the mountain top balcony!

Put the speakers out their, cranked up the music and stared strongly at the tree in tree pose.

FUN!
