This movie is absolutely brilliant!  A truly fantastic role for Nick Nolte to play!

I’ve had this book for a couple of years and haven’t found the time to read it, I’ve  also repeatedly been told about the movie for years.  Let’s just say yesterday wasn’t my happiest day ever … more like one of those days where it feels like the world is sitting on your chest.  I finally watched the Peaceful Warrior last night and it couldn’t have been better timing, it literally lifted all the weight and allowed me to take deep renewing and refreshing breaths.  I would recommend watching it any time and ESPECIALLY if your having a hard time of things.

The Peaceful Warrior is based on the book by Dan Millan.  The film is an inspiring drama directed by Victor Salva, starring Nick Nolte and Amy Smart.  It’s available for instant play on netflix and for rent on DVD.
