For those days when Yoga just isn't enough - Remember the Kitty!

… because there are days and then there are days.

No worries though, it’s just life and stuff happens.  It’s totally O.K. to feel upset at times.  Then when you’re ready remember the pissed off kitty cat and I promise you will smile.  When you do smile immediately insert the thought “Keep Calm and Carry On”, take a deep breath (sigh) and let it all out for a second. Next, drilled in from my grandma remember “this too shall pass”.

If all else fails be grateful for your crappy day, because you’re alive to have it.  I bet if you’re able to read this article on a computer “you may have it worse then some but your better off then most”.  That quote came from an enlightened & struggling trucker on the documentary Big Rig.   A great movie filled with unlikely insight.


One of my favorite gifts of the internet is IcanHasCheezburger.com where you can force a happy mood by looking at absolutely rediculous pictures and captions of Kitties and Cats.
